Talent Administration Specialist

Our team is seeking a Talent Administration Specialist to support the delivery of our national seasonal recruitment campaign. This role involves coordinating and administering recruitment activities for store-based roles, ensuring seamless execution of our hiring strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Coordination: Coordinate and advertise job openings on approved platforms, streamlining our hiring process and maximizing candidate engagement.
- Candidate Management: Screen and shortlist candidates, manage group and in-store interviews, and generate offers and contracts using PageUp.
- Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliance with our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Process Management: Ability to follow structured processes and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
