Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume portfolios of hospitality roles. You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and placing top talent to support operational excellence.

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure seamless recruitment process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally within large complex organisations or internal TA functions.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
