Business Development Manager Role

This role is available at a high-performing team helping Australian businesses reduce their energy costs. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for outbound phone-based B2B energy sales.

  • You will manage your own pipeline and monthly targets with the goal of closing ~$20K deals in a 2-3 week cycle. You will also ramp up to a $125K/month quota over 6 months.
  • Your hard work will lead to uncapped commissions - top brokers earn $350K+

Key responsibilities include:

  • Resilience and a strong work ethic for cold calling
  • Confident communicator with closing ability

As a member of this fast-paced and competitive team environment, you can expect to grow professionally. Clear path into leadership roles are available as the team grows.

  • You will have access to ongoing sales and leadership training.
  • Full-time in-office position for the first 6 months with 1 WFH day/week after probation.
