We're looking for a driven broker (or banker ready to transition) who thrives in a fast-moving, people-first environment. You'll deliver clear advice, structure smart lending, and guide clients with confidence — all while backed by strong admin, compliance, and mentoring support.

What you'll do

  • Turn warm enquiries into raving fans and lifelong clients
  • Run engaging client chats (in person/Zoom) that make people feel at ease and in control
  • Research smart lending solutions and give clear advice that helps people move forward
  • Keep clients and partners updated without the jargon or the drag
  • Stay coachable, curious, and hungry to level up your skills

About you

  • You bring integrity, energy, and the drive to be great at what you do
  • You're a proven sales professional who puts people first
  • You thrive in a team, but you've got the discipline to smash your own goals too
  • 1+ year in finance sales, plus a knack for communication and organisation
  • Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)
  • MFAA or FBAA membership (or ready to sign up)
