About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at First Focus. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our service desk, field techs, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of technical services.
  • Provide pre-sales consulting and technical advice to clients to help them make informed decisions about their IT infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to grow our client base.
Requirements
  • Substantial experience working with clients of various scales (sub 50 up to 500 seats) and technical competence across areas within the IT infrastructure domain.
  • Demonstrable competence delivering outstanding support and advice within another MSP, MSSP, integrator, or other service providing IT business.
  • Ability to manage relationships with small to mid-scale clients across a range of industries and market verticals.
  • Strong technical and business skills, with a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and managed services.
