About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at First Focus. As a key member of our Managed Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support and advice to our clients, helping them to maximize the value of our IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Work closely with our technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on IT strategy, architecture, and operations, helping them to optimize their technology infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to meet client needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve our services and solutions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Technical Account Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional client service.
  • Deep understanding of IT systems administration and a passion for helping clients to maximize the value of our solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines to meet client needs.
