Our Traineeship Administrator is a highly skilled and organized individual who will play a critical role in managing trainee programs across various clients.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels.
They will also have excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
In addition, the successful candidate will have intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
A strong understanding of compliance requirements under ASQA and DESBT/DTET standards is also essential for this role.
Furthermore, experience working with training system databases and prior knowledge of government funded traineeships would be advantageous.
