About Our Client
Our client is Australia's largest producer and supplier of seaborne metallurgical coal. They operate seven Bowen Basin mine sites with roles available across the operations with local, DIDO and FIFO opportunities available.
What You Will Be Doing
You will be working as a Dump Truck Crew Trainer on a coal mine near Moranbah within the Overburden Department. You will be responsible for training Entry Level Dump Truck Operators on CAT 793, CAT 797 & Liebherr T282 Dump Trucks and refreshing existing Operators Dump Truck skill for another 5 years validation on the shovel circuit focusing on self-spotting, single and double side loading.
You will be working a 7/7 rotating roster on a site based near Moranbah. Roles are available for residential (Moranbah region), DIDO and BIBO (Mackay & Rockhampton) candidates.
What You Will Need
- Previous mining experience operating CAT 793, CAT 797 & Liebherr T282 Dump Trucks being loaded by both Electric Rope Shovels and Excavators.
- Previous mining experience working as a Dump Truck Crew Trainer training operators to operate under a shovel, focusing on self-spotting, single and double side loading.
- You will need to have obtained a Standard 11 & Coal Board Medical or be willing to attain this.
- SSE signed skills list, Trainer Assessor qualifications, Current Drivers Licence & right to work in Australia
