Job Description:

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to provide high-level support across various locations in the Bowen Basin.

The role involves arranging training and development initiatives and projects, monitoring trainee progression, administering the traineeship life cycle, and attending client or government meetings as required.

You will also visit various client sites/business locations across the Bowen Basin, provide regular reporting on traineeship progression, and work with the Operations Scheduler to schedule trainee training as needed.

Additionally, you will support the team to ensure compliance with ASQA and DESBT/DTET Standards, review assessment practices and site processes, and maintain partnerships with government, educational, and other organisations to support training programs and initiatives.
