About the Role:

We are currently seeking a diligent and meticulous Trainee Program Coordinator to join our team. As a critical point of contact for government-funded training programs, you will be responsible for coordinating traineeships from enrolment to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor progression of trainees in digital platforms and maintain employee records and systems
  • Coordinate traineeship life cycle from enrolment, unit completions, funding applications and when funding is received
  • Attend client meetings as required via video conferencing or in person
  • Provide regular reporting to the team on traineeship progression
  • Collaborate with the Operations Scheduler to schedule trainee training as required
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

The Ideal Candidate:

You will have exceptional communication, interpersonal skills and high attention to detail. Outstanding time management skills and ability to prioritise various tasks is essential. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word is a must.
