
Trainee Coordinator

The position plays a crucial role in overseeing government and non-government funded training programs, as well as coordinating training and development initiatives.
Key responsibilities include being the point of contact for various training programs, arranging training and development activities, monitoring trainee progression, and maintaining employee records and systems.
Additionally, this role involves administering the traineeship lifecycle from enrolment to completion, facilitating communication with clients and government agencies, and attending meetings as required.
