Job Overview

We are seeking a Governance and Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will design and implement frameworks, processes, and documentation that embed best practices in sustainable infrastructure management.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced professional with strong project management skills and knowledge of governance and assurance methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and documentation for the asset planning to capital delivery lifecycle.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of key internal and external documentation and reports.
  • Support critical and major projects progressing through internal and external governance and assurance.
  • Conduct and manage audits, health checks, and quality reviews across asset management and capital delivery projects.
  • Serve as custodian of capital project and program procedures, maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Design, deliver, and manage training programs and support for planners, project managers, and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
