About the Role

As a seasoned advisor, you will provide technical guidance to clients in the public sector, focusing on whole life asset management lifecycle.

  • Lead and manage complex projects, locally, nationally, or internationally.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert, ensuring projects are delivered successfully through all stages.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align with client needs and expectations.
  • Implement new initiatives and cost-saving exercises through a whole life asset management lens.
  • Create sustainability plans, management plans, and environment management plans.

With your expertise, you will review asset management reviews, sustainability strategies, and carbon assessments.

Requirements

Ideally, you have at least 5-10 years of demonstrated experience in infrastructure asset management within a professional services environment.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering (or similar).
  • Demonstrated expertise working on projects for public sector clients managing storm water, asset management, and road infrastructure projects.
  • Strong connections and supporting local council clients with understanding of internal local government legislation and processes related to asset management plans and LTFPs.
