Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced governance professional to design and implement supporting services, documentation, and training that embed best practices across our Sustainable Infrastructure team.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards, reviewing and improving critical documentation, and supporting training initiatives that enable teams to work more efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and documentation for the Asset Planning to Capital Delivery (Project) lifecycle.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of key internal and external documentation and reports, financial approvals, and project/program submissions.
  • Support critical and major projects progressing through internal and external governance and assurance.
  • Conduct and manage audits, health checks, and quality reviews across asset management and capital delivery projects.
