This role is responsible for designing and implementing supporting services, documentation, and training that embed best practices across sustainable infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain governance frameworks, processes, and documentation to ensure alignment with corporate policies and regulatory standards. This includes reviewing and improving critical documentation, as well as supporting training initiatives to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of key internal and external documentation, reports, financial approvals, and project/program submissions. Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Support the delivery of major projects through internal and external governance and assurance processes, identifying areas for improvement and contributing to ongoing quality enhancements.

  • Conduct audits, health checks, and quality reviews across asset management and capital delivery projects, leveraging industry insights and collaborative problem-solving to drive continuous improvement.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation, templates, and data for decision-making and reporting purposes. Provide training and support for planners, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of processes, systems, and tools.
