Executive Culinary Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team at Grand Pacific Group. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in some of the most prestigious venues in Sydney, NSW.

Job Description

  • Prepare and execute menu items with precision and consistency
  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Assist in food preparation and production, ensuring efficient service
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen protocols

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality dishes and efficient service
  • Contribute to menu development and seasonal updates
  • Work closely with senior chefs to achieve exceptional dining experiences

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-year experience as a Chef in a similar position
  • At least Certificate IV degree in Commercial Cookery or other relevant field
  • Strong understanding of various cooking methods and techniques

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of $73,000 - $78,000 per annum, commensurate with experience
