Job Title: Cluster Commercial Manager

The Cluster Commercial Manager will be a key business partner to the Commercial Director, responsible for driving commercial strategies to maximize total revenue and profit performance. This role will assist in the planning and execution of commercial activities across Hilton Northern Territory Cluster hotels.

Responsibilities:
  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to optimize revenue and market share penetration.
  • Supporting the Revenue Management team in establishing optimal pricing strategies and reviewing forecasts.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel teams, Hilton Sales, and CDT.
  • Providing regular reports on sales leads and revenue for collation with the monthly reports.
  • Assisting in developing the hotel's annual/quarterly/monthly budget forecast and work plans.
  • Producing the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets, and forecasts in conjunction with the Cluster Commercial Director and Hotel Team.
  • Developing key account management to increase Hilton's market power and better match customer buying habits.
  • Ensuring measurement systems are in place to track production of targeted accounts.
  • Identifying key retention and acquisition accounts for each salesperson annually.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and be an innovative self-starter.
