
Senior Business Development Executive

The Cluster Commercial Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial strategies for Hilton hotels. This position requires exceptional stakeholder management and strong relationships with all stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, Hilton Sales team, and CDT team.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize total revenue and profit performance as well as market share penetration.
- Support the Revenue Management Centre (RMCC) to establish an optimal mix, review and validate forecasts, develop strategies for different demand periods, and review and approve retail and group pricing strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, including owners, hotel teams, Hilton Sales team, and CDT team.
- Provide accurate, monthly reports on sales leads and revenue for collation with the monthly reports for the Cluster Commercial Manager/RMCC.
- Assist in developing the hotel's annual/quarterly/monthly budget forecast and work plans, implementing them effectively.
- Produce the annual Revenue Plan, S&M budgets and forecasts in conjunction with the Cluster Commercial Director and the Hotel Team.
- Develop key account management to increase Hilton's market power and closer match the way customers choose to buy for CORP, Leisure and MICE.
- Ensure that measurement systems are in place to track the production of all targeted accounts.
- Identify key retention and acquisition accounts for each salesperson annually.
- Actively seek out new sources of business.
- Develop and manage appropriate travel manager/booker programs.
- Promote business for other Hilton Hotels through outbound sales.
- Meet agreed targets on room nights/C&C Revenue.
- Encourage the movement of sales revenue, events and marketing people around the department and between Hilton hotels.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
- Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills.
- Able to work under pressure.
- An innovative self-starter with high motivation.
