Commercial Strategy Manager

The Commercial Strategy Manager plays a vital role in driving revenue growth and profit performance for hotels.

This position involves collaborating with the Director to develop and execute plans that maximize total revenue, market share penetration, and customer engagement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, owners, hotel teams, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing commercial strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Collaborating with the Revenue Management team to establish optimal pricing strategies.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Providing regular sales reports and budget forecasts.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing account plans to drive sales growth.
  • Leading travel manager/booker programs and outbound sales initiatives.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing sales, marketing, and revenue management teams.
  • Establishing hotel positioning documentation and implementing local and regional advertisement campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity with international chain hotels.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and think innovatively.
