Delivering excellence in quality is paramount to our business. We're seeking a dedicated Quality Manager to oversee the quality function for our Business Advisors, ensuring we deliver a consistent standard of excellence for our clients.
About The Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in developing and maintaining compliance resources to align with our Risk Management Framework.
- Implementing legislative updates and changes to professional association obligations.
- Monitoring and reporting on firm-wide compliance to legislation and professional association obligations.
- Supporting client-facing professionals with risk & compliance activities, including file reviews and internal audit findings.
Our ideal candidate has at least 5 years' accounting or auditing experience, preferably within an accounting firm. A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce, along with CA ANZ or CPA membership, would be advantageous. Knowledge of Australian compliance obligations and excellent communication skills are essential.
