Customer Service Ambassador

At CreativeCubes, we're seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere within our coworking spaces.
Key Responsibilities- Proactive Problem Resolution: Anticipate potential customer concerns and address them promptly and effectively.
- Foster a Welcoming Environment: Help create a professional, warm, and inviting space for internal and external customers.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with:
- Daily Operations: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our center by attending daily meetings, managing member requirements, sales leads, meeting room bookings, and mail distribution.
- Event Promotion: Collaborate with the Space Team to promote internal and external events, fostering a community-driven environment.
- Member Onboarding: Complete new member induction, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring alignment with organizational procedures.
- Day-to-Day Support: Provide assistance to fellow Team Members and Management as needed, ensuring seamless operations.
- Checklist Compliance: Maintain accurate records by completing the 'Daily Checklist' for your location according to Space & Organizational guidelines.
- Project Assistance: Assist with projects and support Business Centre leads when required.
- We welcome all enquiries with the highest level of hospitality and following current Procedures.
- Assist with follow-up enquiries as directed from time to time.
- Host and organize networking and community events.
- Report and complete all maintenance requests both internally and with building management.
- Collaborate with other Team Members to ensure the center remains in excellent condition.
- Perform any other duties reasonably requested in line with the above responsibilities.
We're looking for someone with a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, possessing excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills. If you have 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, a university graduate background, and possess strong moral values, empathy, and self-awareness, we'd love to hear from you
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize tasks efficiently. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
