About the Role:A dynamic healthcare professional with clinical expertise and passion for improving access to specialist care for older adults is sought after. The lead will oversee the efficient delivery of high-quality, patient-centred clinics.
Key Responsibilities:- To lead the development and implementation of clinic strategies that enhance access to specialist care for older adults.
- To manage a team of healthcare professionals in the delivery of high-quality clinics.
- To maintain high standards of clinical governance and quality assurance in the clinics.
- To develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community organisations.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong clinical background and expertise in geriatric medicine.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading teams and developing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and improving health outcomes for older adults.
