Client Services Manager

Job Overview

The Client Services Manager is responsible for leading a team of recruiters to deliver exceptional service to clients, building trust and strong relationships with key client contacts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
  • Set clear performance standards and goals for the team, assessing progress against goals and performance standards.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to direct reports, establishing regular communications through 1-1 meetings and team meetings.
  • Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision-making, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, candidate and hiring leader satisfaction surveys.
  • Partner with internal teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation of new clients.
  • Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive recruiting strategies.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a results-oriented role in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
  • Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
