**Strategic Marketing Lead Opportunity**

 

The Strategic Marketing Lead plays a key role in executing strategic marketing activities to achieve business objectives and targets. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this position collaborates closely with internal teams to meet objectives, contributing to new product and proposition development.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategic partner marketing plans
  • Supporting the assessment of future partners
  • Leading marketing efforts for varied strategic programs across retail, digital, customer strategy, insights, and compliance

 

This role maintains strong working relationships with external strategic partners, external agencies, and the in-house creative studio. It also carries quality assurance responsibilities and acts as a vital link between teams to ensure campaign collateral and marketing assets are accurate and compliant.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and execute strategic partner marketing activities
  • Evaluate potential partners and partnership marketing channels and strategies
  • Work closely with Customer Strategy team to develop and implement effective marketing segmentation strategies
  • Act as Marketing lead on compliance projects/programs
  • Act as the key liaison with Customer Insights team to evaluate marketing insights and lead the implementation of broad strategies accordingly

 

**What You'll Bring:**

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or a related business discipline (essential)
  • Demonstrated ability to work within a matrix team structure in a highly regulated industry to deliver business outcomes
  • Experience in Health Insurance desirable but not essential
  • 7+ years experience in Marketing, Agency, and/or Campaign Management
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills
