Job Opportunity

A Physical Testing Laboratory Technician is required to ensure that all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading coal samples from various plant streams
  • Performing a range of physical tests including sample preparation, sizing, crushing, dividing and sample storage
  • Transfer validated results into the reporting system
  • Calibration and maintenance of specialised equipment
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid driver's license
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to organise work, multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Comfortable with safe manual handling duties, including repetitive lifting
Eligibility

To be eligible to work, you must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid working visa.
