Key Responsibilities
  • Identify training needs through collaboration with regional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Global and Regional departments to design and develop training courses.
  • Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources and methods.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training by measuring learning outcomes.
  • Foster cross-departmental training collaboration to promote a culture of learning.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 3 years' experience selling in the Core Surgical Portfolio, AST, GST, or Hernia
  • Experience delivering clinical sales training
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communication skills and high EQ
  • In-depth knowledge of field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture
