
Sales Training Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Identify training needs through collaboration with regional stakeholders.
- Partner with Global and Regional departments to design and develop training courses.
- Deliver clinical and technical content effectively using digital resources and methods.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training by measuring learning outcomes.
- Foster cross-departmental training collaboration to promote a culture of learning.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience selling in the Core Surgical Portfolio, AST, GST, or Hernia
- Experience delivering clinical sales training
- Strong commercial acumen
- Excellent communication skills and high EQ
- In-depth knowledge of field sales and support organization structure, processes, and culture
