Driving Business Growth as a Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our team in driving business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing business strategies, identifying new opportunities for revenue growth, and negotiating contracts with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive business development plans.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Engage in strategic contract negotiations and deal closure to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute account planning strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior sales executives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development within the telecommunications sector.
- Professional or managed services experience.
- Excellent understanding of SMS, inbound voice, cPaaS, and workload automation solutions.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to deliver seamless solutions to clients.
