About the Role

You will be responsible for implementing and managing complex administrative processes required for program and course development, accreditation, and re-accreditation, as well as marketing and engagement activities at Federation University Australia.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to program coordinators and designated discipline groups;
  • Assisting with program accreditation and re-accreditation processes;
  • Contributing to the marketing and engagement activities of the institution;
  • Planning, organising, and delivering Institute events, activities, and student retention initiatives.

About You

You will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands to ensure all administrative processes are completed in accordance with institute requirements.

Your skills and qualifications should include:

  • Experience in supporting program development, accreditation/re-accreditation, and delivery activities in a higher education setting;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to prepare agendas and minutes, and draft complex documents;
  • Ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders to deliver quality customer service.

Estimated Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
