About the Role

Capricorn is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for developing business with our existing Members and Preferred Suppliers, as well as establishing new business within a designated Sales territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to drive and achieve sales targets.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, developing initiatives to address gaps and optimise opportunities.
  • Offer outstanding customer support to drive sales and build long-term relationships.
  • Attend sales meetings and complete regular required reporting on time.
  • Build, foster and retain good working relations with all key decision-makers internally and externally to the business.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and maintain a proactive call plan.
  • Relationship management experience with strong business and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to work autonomously whilst completing all tasks on time.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with varying stakeholders across the business.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude and exemplary service to our members and suppliers.
