About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lending Area Manager to lead our team in Canberra. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals, and mentoring and coaching a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer champions to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement business development plans to drive growth and expansion of our lending footprint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capitalize on them.
  • Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, and support their career development.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
