Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is $69,000 per annum, plus added Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging benefits (tax savings), superannuation and more.


Job Description:

This role involves developing strong relationships with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills and experience. You will assist with resume development, job applications and interview preparation, as well as administration duties.

You will also identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support participants at work and ongoing. Job plans will be created to support clear pathways into sustainable employment, and you will increase employability through training and other support services.

Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with potential employers and community organisations is also key to this role.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Full Australian working rights
  • Holds a full Australian driver's license
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
