Job Title: Employment and Disability Support Specialist
This role is a vital part of our organization's mission to support people with disabilities in achieving their employment goals. As an Employment and Disability Support Specialist, you will work closely with individuals to understand their needs and aspirations, providing tailored support to help them maintain sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing mentoring and guidance to participants to help them resolve workplace challenges and strengthen retention.
- Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address personal barriers and promote long-term success.
- Actively engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth opportunities for the organization.
- Monitor placement progress and outcomes, communicating any risks to relevant team members.
- Run and analyze participants' reported hours and income, supporting accurate reporting and compliance.
- Maintain clear and compliant records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior employment services experience highly regarded.
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with participants and employers.
- Demonstrated ability working towards targets and KPIs.
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
- Problem solving and conflict resolution.
- Strong administration and compliance capabilities with a high attention to detail.
