Job Role: Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Disability Support Specialist to join our team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Your Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Significant experience in developing or overseeing behavior supports, preferably within the PBS Capability Framework.
  • Demonstrated expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments and comprehensive behavior support planning.
  • Familiarity with relevant disability legislation and NDIS Commission Behaviour Support Rules.
  • A strong understanding of evidence-based approaches, trauma-informed practice, and best practice positive behavior support.
