About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Support Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting individuals to maintain sustainable employment outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with participants to understand their individual needs and aspirations for employment, providing tailored post-placement and on-the-job support to help them achieve their goals.
- Mentor participants and offer specialized assistance to address workplace or personal barriers, promoting long-term success.
- Actively engage with the local community, industries, and stakeholders to identify growth and revenue opportunities for the organization.
- Monitor placement progress and outcomes, communicating any risks to relevant team members.
- Run and analyze participants' reported hours and income, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
- Maintain clear and compliant records of participants' ongoing employment, services provided, and participant support.
- Communicate proactively with team members regarding any job loss, potential job loss, or significant reduction in hours, and take swift action to resolve issues.
