About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Tenancy Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is a 24-month contract based at Westpoint Shopping Centre, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional tenancies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technical drawings, specifications and design plans for tenancy development and delivery.
  • Oversee defect management processes and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate cost estimates and tender documentation for Lessor works.
  • Prepare subcontractor tenders and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against agreed timelines.
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders, including centre management, leasing and property operations teams.
  • Provide support to Leasing teams on client meetings, sketch plans, cost estimates and lease deals.
  • Report on project variations, costs, defects and completed projects.

Requirements

  • A degree in building or property disciplines.
  • Strong technical knowledge of property operations and management regulations.
  • Experience working with retailers or landlords on store delivery.
  • Proven ability to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
