Senior Retail Coordinator Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our retail tenancies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and knowledge of the retail industry.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to read and understand plans and technical data. They will also be able to structure external service provider teams to maximize efficiency and performance.

This is a full-time position that requires a high level of initiative and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail property and construction knowledge, as well as relevant tertiary qualifications in Property, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture.

About the Job:

This role involves managing the tenancy design and delivery process in accordance with the Tenancy Design and Fit Out Guide. The successful candidate will need to ensure all parties meet their responsibilities within agreed timeframes and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing the tenancy design and delivery process
  • Ensuring all parties meet their responsibilities within agreed timeframes and budgets
  • Structuring external service provider teams to maximize efficiency and performance
  • Reading and understanding plans and technical data
  • Ensuring all work on site is performed safely and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Property, Construction Management, Project Management or Architecture
  • High level of IT proficiency - Microsoft Office Suites including Excel
  • Strong Retail Property & Construction knowledge
  • Strong initiative and project management skills
  • Ability to read and understand plans and technical data
  • Strong contract management skills
