About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Property Manager to join our team at Property Network of Australia. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of two high-quality shopping centre assets in the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

Key Responsibilities
  • Centre Management: Manage the operations of the Centre Management office and be the on-site point of contact for tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Property Management: Assist with property management duties, including the collection of rents, arrears, and payments of accounts.
  • Tenant Liaison: Liaise with tenants, retailers, Body Corporate, trades, suppliers, security, maintenance, and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Administration: Handle cash receipting, reconciliations, manual invoicing, and managing registers for casual mall leasing, storage & parking, and Public Liability for retailers and contractors.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Review and act on monthly rent roll data, and assist with monthly management reporting and reconciliations of petty cash.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, directing calls and inquiries, banking, and filing.
  • Marketing Events: Assist with planned marketing events as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Experience with Cirrus8, MRI, or similar property management software is highly regarded.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are essential for this role.
  • Personality: A personable, good work ethic, and strong diplomacy are required to build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Organisation and Attention to Detail: Highly organised, efficient, and strong attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
