About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Property Manager to enhance our operations. This role is pivotal in delivering outstanding property management and leasing results within our retail portfolio, ensuring alignment with our client's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, sub-tenants, and clients to exceed service delivery expectations.
- Act as the primary liaison for all communications with landlords and sub-tenants, proactively managing maintenance, capital projects, and lease obligations.
- Coordinate landlord activities during emergencies to ensure swift resolution.
- Oversee and track all landlord-related work orders, ensuring timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, health and safety standards, and risk management policies.
- Manage landlord services through our operational systems.
- Accurately maintain lease information in our database.
- Monitor property operating expenses, including budget preparation and financial reporting.
- Assist in achieving financial targets by ensuring timely payment of lease expenses.
- Prepare regular reports on property performance and provide insights on leasing matters.
Qualifications:
- Relevant Real Estate Certification with a proven background in commercial property management.
- Experience in a high-volume environment with major landlords or retailers is advantageous.
- Strong ability to manage multiple complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- A valid driver's license is required.
