We are seeking an experienced Property Administration Manager to join our team at Redpath Partners. As a key member of our retail property management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our property managers and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining relationships with retailers: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our retail clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Documentation and record-keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, handover/handback dates, and other relevant documentation.
- Lease review and administration: Review and administer lease agreements, attending to queries and issues as they arise.
- Retailer correspondence: Respond to correspondence from retailers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Scheduling and coordination: Coordinate schedules for repairs and maintenance, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Arrears management: Assist with the management of arrears, ensuring prompt collection of outstanding amounts.
- Sales data collection: Collect and analyze sales data, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Site visits: Conduct regular site visits to our retail assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a property administration or management role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail: High level of attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and administer lease agreements.
- Organizational skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
