Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will drive continual improvement through meticulous evaluation and coaching. With a keen eye for detail, you will facilitate calibration sessions to ensure global consistency and participate in deep dives to build robust gap analysis.

The ideal candidate will possess experience as a QA analyst/specialist in Operations within retail and/or the banking/finance industry, with strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will be able to exercise discretion and independent decision-making, multitask under time constraints, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including off-shore suppliers, and may be required to work in different time zones. Additional responsibilities may include participating in knowledge management and training development teams, making firm recommendations for plugging gaps identified, and providing feedback to colleagues.
