Job Description

As a Junior Systems Analyst, you will play a key role in creating, analysing, documenting, testing, improving and streamlining systems and business processes to support core operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, analyse and document business and user requirements for custom technical solutions.
  • Develop functional solutions to enhance reporting and operations, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and preventing escalations.
  • Provide IT application support, continuous improvement and deliver updates to maintain Wastedge and associated solutions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on experience in Wastedge, including service management, integrations, automation, reporting and security.
  • Proven experience with Local Government and Telematics systems within the waste industry, particularly CoMPASS, Salesforce, MTData and Intellitrac.
  • Strong command of MS Power Platform Apps, including Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps and Power Pages.
  • Proven skills in MS Office 365 tools, especially MS Excel, for complex data analysis, ETL of large datasets, scripting, reporting and automation.
