Job Opportunity: Guest Experience Leader
We are seeking a passionate leader to drive customer satisfaction and deliver exceptional guest experiences across our aquatic and leisure centres.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer journey from start to finish, collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to maximise new customers and retain existing ones.
- Develop and implement channel strategies and sales lead generation plans to increase customer engagement.
- Provide leadership and support to frontline customer service teams at all six City of Sydney Aquatic and Leisure Centres.
- Analyse and report sales performance, identifying trends to inform the success of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the front-line sales teams including a team of Helpdesk Consultants and supported by the Helpdesk Supervisor.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar leadership position, with 2-3+ years of experience leading front-line sales teams.
- Demonstrated capability in building and leading high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills to drive business outcomes.
