Chief Property System Coordinator

The Property Systems Manager plays a crucial role in the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of property systems. This position reports to the Senior Manager and focuses on ensuring that systems are user-friendly and aligned with operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and optimize property systems to support organizational operations, including integration of security and health and safety features.
- Provide technical support, including troubleshooting system issues, responding to user queries, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Implement security features, such as user access controls and data protection measures, to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Manage health and safety functions within systems, ensuring they facilitate compliance and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure systems are aligned with operational objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will require a degree with subsequent relevant experience or extensive experience and specialist knowledge in technical or administrative fields. You will also need proficiency in property systems or similar platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting, and data management.
