Property Systems Manager

Job Description

The Property Systems Manager supports the effective operation, maintenance and enhancement of property systems to meet organisational objectives. This role reports to a senior manager and focuses on ensuring systems are efficient, user-friendly and aligned with operational requirements.

This position entails:

  • Maintaining and optimising property systems to support organisational operations, including security and health and safety features.
  • Providing operational support, including troubleshooting system issues and responding to user queries.
  • SUPPORTING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SECURITY FEATURES, SUCH AS USER ACCESS CONTROLS AND DATA PROTECTION MEASURES, TO ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH ORGANISATIONAL POLICIES.
  • Contribution to the configuration and management of health and safety functions within systems, ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather system requirements and ensure systems are aligned with operational objectives.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree with subsequent relevant experience or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training.
  • Proficiency in property systems or similar platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting and data management.
  • Proven ability to identify, analyse and resolve system issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal stakeholders.
