Employer Engagement Specialist

The Employer Engagement Manager will establish sales pipelines with corporate organizations and create an employer engagement strategy, driving growth and opportunities in the service. This role offers a unique blend of established relationships and new prospects to capitalize on.

To excel in this position, one must possess a proactive attitude, exceptional relationship-building skills, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will bring passion, strategic thinking, and a commitment to excellence.

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in corporate sales and account management roles, preferably within the employment or disability sector
  • Proven track record in developing sales processes and achieving sales targets
  • Previous experience working in a For Purpose organization is highly desirable
Required Skills & Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Lived experience of a disability is highly valued in this role.
