Community Engagement Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate professional to join our team as an Engagement Specialist.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be the face of our organization, connecting with clients, families, and community partners to ensure a seamless journey into our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive client engagement and onboarding strategies
  • Represent us at forums, expos, and sector events
  • Collaborate with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns
  • Use data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience
  • Foster strong internal and external partnerships

Requirements:

  • Degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work or related field (desirable)
  • 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of disability services and community development
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice
