Community Connector Role

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Community Connector to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building meaningful connections with clients, families, and community partners.

As a Community Connector, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless journey into our services. You will collaborate across teams to deliver engaging experiences that reflect our values: Inspired, Courageous, Skilful, Responsive.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing client engagement and onboarding strategies
  • Representing our organization at forums, expos, and sector events
  • Collaborating with marketing to deliver inclusive campaigns
  • Using data and feedback to enhance service design and client experience
  • Fostering strong internal and external partnerships
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Community Development, Communications, Business, Social Work, or related field (desirable)
  • 3–5+ years' experience in engagement, partnerships, or community relations (desirable)
  • Strong understanding of NDIS and SIL
  • Excellent communication and cultural sensitivity
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for inclusive practice
