Job Description

In this dynamic role, you will be working from a beautiful display home in NSW, managing the entire sales process, from prequalifying leads to presenting tenders, ensuring a seamless experience for clients looking to build their dream homes.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, an award-winning residential builder across NSW, and take on a challenging role as a Sales Consultant. You will work independently, handling a mix of house and land packages, greenfield projects, and knock-down rebuilds with contract values ranging from $500k to $600k.

About the Role:

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing online leads allocated to them, converting them into sales, communicating with potential customers, setting appointments, and conducting face-to-face presentations. Additionally, they will guide clients through the end-to-end sales process, collaborate with the construction team to ensure client satisfaction, and maintain a professional and welcoming display home environment.

Key Responsibilities:
