Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced New Home Sales Consultant to join our team in NSW.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well-known residential builder, managing the entire sales process from prequalifying leads to presenting tenders. You will be working from a beautiful display home in Wongawilli, handling a mix of house and land packages, greenfield projects, and knock-down rebuilds with contract values ranging from $500k to $600k.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage online leads allocated to you and convert them into sales.
  • Communicate with potential customers, set appointments, and conduct face-to-face presentations.
  • Conduct tender presentations and guide clients through the end-to-end sales process.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming display home environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant for a project home builder.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude.

Working Conditions:

This role will require you to work weekends with 2 days off throughout the week chosen by you. The display home is open from 10am - 5pm.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package including a base salary of $60,000 per annum plus a 1.2% commission structure. Our company offers extensive training, a supportive team environment, and commitment to employee development.
