This is an exceptional entry-level role for a graduate or someone interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources. As a team, we're focused on delivering great service and ensuring we do the right thing. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to HR policy queries and requests via ServiceNow chat and cases, and phone
  • Assisting with administrative tasks relating to employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Processing changes to employment conditions
  • Maintaining employee records and electronic files
  • Preparing HR reports and statistics
  • Supporting with seasonal projects and campaigns

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with exceptional prioritization and time management skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to strictly follow standard operating procedures and adhere to SLAs. You should be comfortable and confident working with different IT systems and processes, and be a team player who takes ownership and is comfortable working both individually and within a team.
